What’s included in the design package
SEO optimised images and pages
Although we can’t guarantee you are higher-ranking on search engines, all pages and images included in your website design package will be optimised for discovery by search engines. During the final walk through and setup we will also step you through verifying your site and submitting your sitemap with google search console.
Final walk through and setup
We’ll step you through setting up payments, newsletter opt ins, and social media feeds, transfer the ownership over to you, and answer any questions you may have. After this call you will receive a full handover of all files as well as a pre-recorded video showing you how to make changes and updated to you website.
Ongoing support for 28 days after project end
We understand that it can take some time getting used to your new website. Which is why we offer 1:1 support for up to 28 days after the project ends and your website goes live.
6 page website design in squarespace
A customized, mobile-responsive website with up to 6 pages of design (home, about, gallery/portfolio, services, blog, contact pages) and up to 5 blog posts or product listings - site ownership is transferred to you at the end of the project *Squarespace membership required (Fee not included in design package - Pricing can be found here)
Free wordmark logo & sub mark [if needed]
A FREE wordmark logo is include in the package. This is a text-only typographic logo, as a gift to our clients so that they will have a fully finished professional product. The FREE logo and submark includes 2 variations to choose from with 2 revisions.
Brand moodboard & Style guide
The Brand Moodboard is a visual representation of your brand. It includes your logos and submarks as well as style guidelines for your brand colours, fonts, and patterns. It also includes various inspirational images that represent the feel of your brand.

What to expect from our 2 week design process
Enquiry Questionnaire - To get started you’ll need to complete the enquiry questionnaire at the bottom of this page. Once it’s received I’ll send you a request to jump on a quick video chat.
Initial Enquiry Call - During our video chat we’ll get to know each other and you can give me more details on what it is you are wanting to achieve. I'll also fill you in on the process and what to expect from working with me and answer any other question you may have.
Locking it in - If we both decide that we're a match then I'll send through a proposal and contract as well as a 40% deposit invoice. This deposit locks in your spot in my design calendar.
Client Homework - Once your deposit is paid and your spot is locked in, you will receive your client welcome pack which will give you access to your project action plan in Asana and it also includes links to a secret inspirational Pinterest board and our shared google drive client folder where you’ll be able to add all the copy for your website.
Pre-Design Chat - A couple of days before I get to work on your website design I'll send you through your next 30% invoice which needs to be paid prior to your project start date. We'll then jump on another video call to go over everything you've submitted to ensure we are both clear on the direction of your website.
Design Time - I'll spend the next couple of weeks working on your logo, moodboard and website, sending you revisions via Asana and making adjustments until everything is absolutely perfect. All our communication will be through Asana Project Management during this time.
Wrapping It All Up - Once the website is complete and you have paid the final 30% payment, we'll set up a time for a final video chat. In this session I'll step you through the process of setting up payment systems, newsletter opt ins, and social media feeds, submitting your site with google search engine, transfer the ownership over to you, and answer any questions you may have.
After this call you will receive a full handover of all logo and illustration files as well as an in depth pre-recorded video showing you how to make any changes and updates to your website.
